We are looking for experienced landscaping team leaders, skilled landscapers, garden designers, and landscape labourers as subcontractors or on the payroll to join our team. CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Garden Maintenance Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to support and develop our high-end garden maintenance division.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high-end residential and commercial gardens to an exceptional standard
Lead, manage, and support a small maintenance team
Plan schedules and ensure efficient delivery of works
Deliver core horticultural tasks (planting, pruning, lawns, seasonal care)
Manage tools, machinery, irrigation, and site logistics
Act as the main client contact, providing updates and identifying improvements
Ensure quality standards and health & safety compliance
Key Requirements:
Experience in a garden maintenance leadership role
Strong Horticultural Knowledge (RHS Level 1 or equivalent)
Experience with high-end garden maintenance
Confident team leadership and organisation skills
Strong communication and client-facing ability
Experience with garden machinery and irrigation systems
Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Southwest London & surrounding areas
Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence

Skilled Landscaper
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join our growing professional team for high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping works onsite
Groundworks, including excavations, drainage, and footings
Setting out works accurately from drawings
Installing decking, paving, fencing, turf, irrigation, and planting
Supporting junior landscapers when required
Managing site deliveries, tools and day-to-day site organisation
Working to health & safety standards and maintaining a tidy, professional site
Liasing with clients, colleagues, and contractors onsite
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping construction
Strong technical skills across hard and soft landscaping
Ability to read and work from drawings
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7.30 am–4.30 pm
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)

Requirements: Full, clean driving license
